If 75pak identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and payment information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All 75pak accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, balances and all in-platform transactions are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion on the platform.
75pak currently supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. All transactions must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals using accounts belonging to other people — are not permitted.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly to your 75pak balance. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank or card issuer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 75pak reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Before your first withdrawal is approved, 75pak may require identity verification documents. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account that has previously been used to deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you. 75pak reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically same-day while bank transfers may take one to three working days.
If your account remains inactive — no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal — for a period of twelve consecutive months, 75pak reserves the right to apply an inactivity charge of PKR 200 per month to your remaining balance. You will be notified before any such charge is applied. If your balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
75pak offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and PSL or cricket-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented to you.
Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money PKR. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Casino bonus funds may have different wagering requirements to sports betting bonus funds — always check the individual promotion details.
75pak takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — through coordinated betting patterns, using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a return, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity — will have their bonus funds cancelled, winnings from bonus play forfeited, and may have their account suspended. This includes misuse of any PSL or cricket promotions during tournament periods.
All sports bets placed on 75pak are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.
75pak reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. A bet is not valid until confirmed — if your internet connection drops during the bet placement process, check your bet history to confirm whether the bet was accepted before attempting to place it again.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international cricket, T20 series, Premier League football and other major events. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and 75pak reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example during a wicket, timeout or significant in-game event. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided.
If odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake that results in clearly incorrect pricing — for example, odds of 100/1 on a strong favourite — 75pak reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Players should not take advantage of obvious pricing errors. Where 75pak determines that a player has deliberately exploited an error, winnings may be cancelled and the account reviewed.
If a match is postponed but completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will generally stand. If the match is not completed within that window or is abandoned, most bet types will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for PSL, T20 and other cricket formats are detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
Casino games — including slots, table games, Live Casino and Fish Games — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the game supplier. 75pak acts as the platform through which these games are accessed; the mathematical outcomes of casino games are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of Live Casino, by physical dealing and wheel-spinning processes conducted by real dealers.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for individual casino games varies by game and supplier. This figure represents the theoretical long-term payout rate and is not a guarantee of individual session results. All casino play is for entertainment and outcomes are determined by chance.
75pak reserves the right to void casino game results where a technical malfunction has occurred that affected the fair operation of the game. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded to the player's PKR balance. Deliberate exploitation of game malfunctions or software errors to generate winnings is treated as a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75pak. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of your account:
75pak monitors all platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account that displays unusual betting patterns or behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is detected, 75pak may share relevant information with appropriate authorities.
75pak reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, 75pak may withhold the balance of a suspended account pending investigation.
You may close your 75pak account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining PKR balance — after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your nominated payment method. Please allow standard processing time for the final withdrawal to be completed.
If you wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.
